Thanks for taking the time to read this, I am in a search for a dependable developer that meets my standards and is good to work with.

Let me tell you a little about this. I own a web development company based out of Wyoming. We do mostly online sales for hosting,web design, maintenance and other services. Until know i have almost totally alone been doing the whole thing. Its getting to the point I need help running aspects of the company.

I am looking for a good developer that is nice and has ideas. The individual will need to be available on skype and phone during normal business hours (9am-5pm Mountain Time). The developer must be fluent in the following:

(x)HTML
CSS
Abobe PS, ILL
PHP (see below)
web server maintenance (including linux installs, ssh, cisco, server setups in : ftp, lamp, samba etc.)
cpanel managment
graphics

It is also a bonus if you would know:

Flash (banners and games)
other things that could be used in a web development project, my mind is open for new ideas.

PHP
we use mostly open source forums systems, CMS's and other software. You should at minimum be able tot build, alter and modify themes for the following systems:

PHPBB
Wordpress
e107
vbulletin
other systems are a bonus.

It is also a bonus if you know how to custom code php CMS's, blogs, forums or anything. If you are learning php and are devoted this can also work good depending on how far along you are.

I would pay either per hour or per job. We are a legal business in the state of WY and have an office in downtown casper where we also do print, signs and stickers. I would like to see the following from anyone interested in this job:

-Portfolio -(i dont at all go on your portfolio only because i see them lie to much)

-Code samples- 3 different samples each of xhtml, css and php.

-List of sites you have built or helped build and say what you did-

-any experience you have in the world of cisco, servers or computers.

a detailed little chunk about you and your experience in the online world.

Any other information including samples of graphics work.

This job you will be building whole and parts of websites, doing maintenance and other work. you will be a contractor of the company and all work we give you will be done under the company name. Chances are a contract will need to be signed regarding copyright and other legal issues. you will get between 8 and 12 jobs per month.

Coding smaples should be sent..And please give detail of how you code (by hand or program).
