Looking for Someone to get me a Nice Forum Going forum

Need quotes, Please PM me. Prefer member who's been around here for a little while and very experienced in forums.

I'm looking for the right person at the right price to do my forum on other sites other than NamePros as well. If I find the right person else where' I'll post it here.

I am 100% unexperienced at this kind of thing.

I know nothing about configuring or setting up a forum, just that I want a nice forum. I do have a little basic experience in domaining and blogging so changing -A- records and name servers aren't a problem.

-----What I've Done:-----

I got my first ever hosting account at Godaddy today which I logged into after a very basic setup like my user name, password and what domain name I wanted to use. I haven't made any changes to the control panel settings, MySql or anything else.

I went to Simple Machines and clicked on Download WebInstall - save to and went to open it but get this message--- Windows Cannot open file, To open, windows needs to know what program you want to use to open it. Windows can go online automatically or you can manually select from a list of installs that are on your computer.

When I check: Use this web service to find the correct program and click OK -- It takes my to a microsoft page with seemingly no answer. http://shell.windows.com/fileassoc/0...ir.asp?EXT=php

Some who has done several forums and knows exactly what needs to be done.

1. Simple for me to make changes is important, remember I know nothing about html or writing scripts of any kind.

2. I like the layout on NamePros and like the color of SimpleMachines Forum.

3. I'd like the home page of the forum so I can write on put links and or ads on kinda like fatwallet.com. Something simple for me to use though.

4. If at all possible, I'd like to have community Forum$ system with exchange features just like NamePros has NP$ , and of course smilies.

5. The forum will have a clean look with the option for me to simply add banners and or adsense at the top and bottom.

6. A rules and terms of service page similar to NP

The forums subject is Methadone.
