I WISH IT WAS IN MY AREA =( On a more serious note, if he wants a professional site designed from scratch, and then coded, that could range anywhere from like $100/$200 to $1000, depending on if you just get a freelancer or a professional company. Ask him to get some price quotes from like rentacoder.com, etc. It depends on the person doing the job how much they'll charge, but I doubt it'll be less than $100.

| Well in any business, quality costs either time or money. I can build my store sacrificing my personal time or I can pay someone else to do it imediately. A subway business owner can afford a proper website, business men are just cheap and cowards when it comes to proper investments. They tend to go with the "bad" developers because of sweet talk and impossible pricing. |
