Template wanted

I am looking for someone to assist me in building a template that will have landing page with 4 pages...each page a different search term..that will have space for content to be added..RSS reads by topic..and most importantly language..preset adsense... amazon..place to put ads and text links from Commission Junction under every several RSS topics..as well as youtube..

All I want to do is to enter keywords..site name..ability to paste in content..The idea is similiar to whypark.com...or domainembarking.com Please email...andrabr9@gmail.com...thanks
