I need a programmer to develop the following online application:

basically, what i need is a random generator of sound samples.
I provide you with about 20 sound samples, then a 3 minute mp3 or wave track needs to be randomly generated from these samples, which can subsequently be downloaded from my website.

Alternatively, the tracks could also be generated from a computer voice (microsoft sam or similar), instead of sound samples.

Let me know if you could complete such a project (and help me install the application on my site). Only reputable & trusted NamePros members please.
