Need a php programmer to make a clone script

The site I need a clone of is GifTube.com My site is SmokinGifs.com I don't like the script my site uses nor the free template.

I want all of the features on giftube including amin backend, and a cms ect.. Must be easy for me to edit the logo, and colors ect..

What budget do you have calibreezer? I dont think there will be anyone willing to do it for less then $xxx. Custom scripts dont come cheap.
