Need a car classified ad site made.

Want custom system. I am aware of the many out of box options.

Which would include

Membership system, free so no payment processing stuff to deal with
- Basic info
- Add listing
- Manage listings, if they delete listing before expiration ask them if the item sold or something or if its for some other reason

Listing system
- Make, models, years, I'll give you a list of makes and models to add
- Upload image (multiple images)
- Ad expires, email sent to user, if they follow a link they can renew the ad otherwise its just expired.
- Track views on listings, unique views
- Some sort of anti-duplicate system, if its exact same and if its pretty similar to ones in this members account already. Kind of like digg, if its exactly the same link them to the listing, if its similar ask them to make sure this is a different vehicle or something.
- Still thinking about how I want to do contact info, if i should do email like craigslist style, or have it an email form so no email is ever shown, or an in house message system.

Admin
- Manage members
- Manage listings
- Stats on members, listings, views
- Manage makes and models

Search
- Location, model, price, etc
- Browse by manufacturer/make
- Results page sort by various different things
- Optimize the way searches are done and how the db is so searches are quick

Site
- No retarded urls like index.php?make=000&model=2313
- Not against stuff like listing=10303
- But like to have an organized site that doesnt have mile long urls
- domain.com/manufacturer/model/ thats more like it
- Meta, titles, and descriptions are gonna need to be dynamically made based of the page. Like title would be w/e the title the user picked for listing, description would be like, "Details for a $year $model for sale in $state" or something and keywords would be $year, $make, $model, $manufacturer you get the idea
- I don't want a one file website
- Need the code done in a way I can navigate
- Templates folders
- I will tinker with what you make immediately or eventually

php mysql I guess would be the way to go, unless you have a better idea.

If your interested in making a serious bid please pm me and I can lay out the project in more detail if this isn't enough for a quote. In my mind it's pretty standard stuff I'm asking for here. I like simple clean designs and easily navigable, forwards and backwards, sites. The logo will be stupid simple as well, I can get a logo made separate if you can't handle that.

Don't bother asking, "what's your budget?" Just give me your price.

It's late, and I sorta wrote this wanted before I knew what I wanted, but I think I got it. So let me know.
