I quite donīt understand your proposal. What I am looking for are "real" sites, not parking-like fast developments. Do you have examples/references for your work?
Yeah, a small payment to help the developer pay bills while doing all of the work, and a nice legal contract. Get a person in your area, so that contract is taken seriously.
I am interested in creating full legitimate web pages for your excellent domains. I can have work done quickly and efficiently. I am open to full communication and look forward to hearing from you and working with you.
Thanks for your responses everybody. I will try to state my thoughts and the terms of a partnership:
1. All outside expenses like domains and hosting are mine. The Webdesigner invests his time, knowledge and work equipment.
2. Advertising income will be shared 50:50. Maybe there is a possibility to arrange this automatically with the advertising partner. The developer may control the advertising account if he wants to.
3. At first the partnership should be guaranteed for minimum one year by both parties.
Why do I believe that this is fair?
--> Participating in advertising income the developer will do his best to maximize "his money". There should be a chance to earn more than making money once.
--> The development of a site is not his/her job, but our common project. Think about being pioneers in the .me space.
--> If .me fails in general or the website is without success, I will suffer financial losses (massively in first case), the developer will have lost time.
I plan to setup maximal two sites at a time. If interested please PM me, tell me your favorite DN, your development idea and your references.
