Hey, I have this goal of creating a certain site which will give web designers/coders a constant stream of work. I know there are loads and loads of web coders/designers out there who are looking for work all the time and rarely get some luck! This will solve all of their problems!

What I am looking for first of all is maybe 1 designer and 1 coder and obviously myself to make this site and that designer and coder will be hired on this site once it is done, if they wish to be, and I am 100% sure that there will be no problem convincing all of them other unemployed talents to come along too once it's done!

I already have a great domain name for this and it shouldn't take long to make really.

There is no money for the development of the site at the beginning but once its up and running you are hired immediately and lots of more things.

I am not mentioning anything about this here so don't ask please.

I already have a dedicated professional coder who will develop the whole site in a few days once he gets the design. Just a designer left to get.
