Web designer needed to reconstruct a 20 pages site

-I need someone to reconstruct my site (about 20 pages).
- Contents are already available from the existing site.
- I will pay in NP$. (Paypal if needed.)
- Please PM me for my site info and provide an example of website(s) you made (no turnkey sites please), your location, and the compensation needed for this project.
- My budget is about NP$5,000 to $7,500 (or US$100 to US$150).
- I need this new site completed before the end of July – the earlier the better.
The site was made using a website builder (WebEasy) and the HTML files that it generated do not come up right in HTML editors like FrontPage or Dreamwaver. Due to the way WebEasy built the site, the web pages show correctly only on 75% of the PCs (I got this figure by asking 40 people to send me screenshot of my website from their PCs). So to correct for the problem to be able to edit the HTML files in the future and to give the site a more professional look, I would like someone to
1. Design the layout for the website (we can call that template),
2. Place the existing contents into the templates using Dreamwaver. (Other programs can be used, but we have to make sure that I will be able to edit the HTML files in Dreamwaver) and
3. Rework on some of the existing images or new images to integrate them into the site better.
The chosen web designer will be provided a FTP folder which contains all the necessary images and contents to be used for the site development.
When needed, I will need to communicate with the designer via Yahoo Messenger chat or phone call for discussion on the project.
