Need to develop a flash media (audio) player

I would like to hire someone (professional) with good experience of flash work to develop an audio player in flash similar to iMeem (dot com) audio player wit somewhat similar features.. it needs to be installed on loudbeats(dot)com and connected to database of already uploaded music where users can search & create a playlist, listen to the playlist saved at later stage and or embed their playlist into some random website/social networking profile.

please include your price & time frame for completion of this task in your QUOTE (expensive quotes not accepted)
