Its completely free and even after sale there are no commisions

Thats right you get %100 of the file.

This isnt like the other corrupt template sale sites, where they take 60% or even make you upload it to us, you dont need to upload so there is no chance that we could steal it even if we want to.

Our goal is not to make money of you selling templates, but when we gain customers, we can sell out templates, and maybe add some google ads so it works out fine for everyone.

Anyone who would like us out can do so by linking to our site from there ownsite, or exchanging links with us. (if you have a successful visit it would actually help you out to put a link up so more people get to see your site for sale)

<b> You can even sell developed sites on our site<b> However strictly no turnkey or how to guides (turnkeys are only ok, if it comes already hosted with a domain)

Me and jstep are trying to get as many templates listed in our site as possible, so it would be great if you guys could spread the word about templatelagoon.com

we will not sell your email or any of that stupid stuff

just list some sites for sale, what can you lose?

we are getting traffic but help us get started

Im just afraid to sign up and most people probably are because it doesnt say if you will show everyone your phone # and other personal info. =|
