Looking for Web/FlashGame Designer

Looking for a web designer that specializes in coding, graphic design, and flash games. Need advanced flash game experience due to the fact the project is rather large. Must have at least a few flash games to show in portfolio and not to mention web design experience. Also, needs to speak English and have AIM.
