Very Nice Minimalist Hosting Template

Hi all

I have just completed this template and am offering it for sale. I created it to be unfussy and simple to use without the TM feel. The crosshatch background pattern is a watermark but it kinda looks good, will remove if required. What do you think?

I am asking for bids starting at $70

Hi all, I did have someone want it but they dissapeared so i have reduced the template to half price $35 if anyone is interested.
