I would like to invite all members of NP/WebDesignTalk to enter a submission into our hunt for a logo. This competition will also be posted on one other art community forum called yaxay and the best logo design wins the bounty.

What the winner gets?
1) You will get $45 via Paypal, Check or Money Order
2) You will get one free domain registration of your choice
3) You will get free web hosting for a year
4) You will have the possibility of recieving future jobs from me directly and I am in constant need of designers.
What we want?
We need a logo that is of high quality and is totally unique.... so don't go looking at other sites logos and as we only want original submissions.
Logo needs to say "GamerAlert" <--- Just GamerAlert no .com and nothing else.
What colors? Impress us we dont have a theme for the site picked out yet so we dont really have a preference on colors but try to remember this will be a professional looking site and needs to be very high quality and eyecandy work.

Why dont you just pay one person?
I have done this before and this method allows several different artists to not only show me a submission but it gives me options instead of just one artists design and then I get to pick the best.
Why should you submit work?
Simple.... Experience ... regardless of who you are nobody is the god of any one error and everyone has flaws this process wll allow you to try new things and get feedback on your work.
Who should not submit a entry?
Everyone is creative in there own way so anyone can enter although we will choose what we think to be the most suitable submission and we will also provide feedback on all submissions and since the competition/job will run for a few days you can submit a few entries.
Why not offer more money?
Well truthfully I actually usually contract all my work through a professional design company in the phillipines and they do it for $45 and they are a very big firm and do superb work. Although at the moment their work load is full and it would take weeks for a logo.
When is the deadline?
The deadline is September 3rd at 12 Noon (Pacific Standard Time)
Are there any catches?
No, I will mention though I will select the best design and I am holding this competition on Yaxay aswell so its not for sure Ill choose a NP/WebDesignTalk user but dont worry I am not biased and just want the best bang for my buck.
