Need a PHP / AJAX / MYSQL programmer(s) for community project

Hello,

I am looking for a programmer(s) for a future project I am starting. The programmer needs:
- high proficiency in PHP, AJAX, MySQL environments
- to be able to email progress daily and show results in a timely manner
- to sign a non-disclosure agreement before beginning work
- to be in it for the long haul. The first core portions of the site to get it up and running shouldn't take more than 30+ hours coding. After that, the prettier features will come.
- to be able to work hand in hand with the designer of the site

The site will have a beginning budget of around $1750 for the core components of the site. The later feature prices will be discussed as they arrive.

Thanks for everyone who applied. I have also read all the PM's. I will respond to each one in about 7 hours. Until then, here are the answers to the questions posted so far.

- Pay: Pay will be 25$ an hour (up to 50 billable hours - although should take less than 30.) for the core components of the site, ie: The backend that runs it, lets users sign up, and gets the most basic functions working. The next thing to do would be to add the extra features, ie: admin panel, user profile sections, ratings, etc. Payment for those will be discussed at the time they arrise.
