Travel Site. Banner Designer needed!

I will need two sizes for now. 1 will be my header logo/banner and will need to be size 630x180. The second one will be used like a small google ad and size will need to be around 380x60/80.

The company name is Algarve-365 and it is used for picking up tourists from the airport. We are an Airport Transfers company.
I am giving people a chance to use their own imagination with regards to design. And once I have chosen the one I want I will probably need graphics doing for the vehicles too. But this is a few weeks down the line.

SO basically, tourism/airport transfers/dynamic design.

Thanks in advance. Please dont show me examples of previous work. I would like to see what you can do me ME and not what has been done for others.

Currently have 3 others working on a design. I am simply doing it on a send me a sample of what you have in mind and if i like it I will pay for the real version basis.
As I have explained to teh others I am unwilling to pay out up front due to being ripped off twice already for designs that were totally inadequate.
If anybody needs references to prove that I pay on time then this can be arranged I am sure with previous people I have used for web design or seo or advertising space etc.
