This shouldn't be too hard at all. Do you have it in vector PSD format already? If so just changing that would be simple.

Hello. I can do that for you.

I will take the jpg and recreate it completely in vector. So that you can resize it anyhow you want and modify it to any colour you want. Can give you a .ai .eps and .psd file of it.

Hello I am interested in this. I might be able to do a good job because I have been using photoshop to create graphics for quite a while now. I will PM you hopefully we can work something out
