I need a Logo/Header

I need a logo header for vermontrestaurantmenus.com

I want the header to replace the current restaurant image on the homepage.

I can pay up to $30.

No offense, but good luck finding someone to do a logo for that cheap. Most graphic designers, including myself, charge more than that per hour.
