Anyone familar with Media Dump v1.2.0?

My friend wanted to add something to my site and screwed something up and now I have the below message at the bottom of my site.. Can someone help? Thank You.

Looks like he tried to remove the copyright.. just re-upload the orginal file that has the copyright.
