Actor fansite

Hello

I am looking for someone who could develop a fansite for the Actor Christian Bale. I would like it somewhat similar to this fansite of his: http://christian-bale.org/

I would like it built with some kind of CMS that way I can just update it without having to worry about the layout and stuff like that.

My range is up to 100 dollars. Also I was trying to see if anyone here provides free hosting when someone pays to have a site develped. Just thought Id ask
