Image hosting site, design done - php and css files need to changed

PHP, CSS, HTML programmer needed

This is not a "simple" reskin of a image hosting site, where you just replace images (I can do that).

I've rehashed the template to be more complex, so it's probably looking a bit more like a photobucket site or even technorati. So there a thumbnails of favourite images showing up. These thumbnails don't have to be dynamic, I can just change them each week, just uploading to host. It also has flash video (just one video, that will show ads) embedded on the page. I will supply you with the flash video, all you have to do is embed it. The site also has provision for google adsense down the bottom and horizontal banner ad across the top and a 300x250 ad on the side. I need all of these functions coded in.

I can't figure out how to change the php and css files enough to get the page to look the way I want. So I want someone who knows php easily, so the front page looks lovely. I also don't want the other pages to align with the front page. I think that's just easily changed by making a new css file for the other pages.

If your new to php and just learning the ropes, your probably not suited to this job. It will take you too long to figure out.

And before you say "it's easy", really think about it, because I had heaps of people say that my last job would be a sinch and it wasn't the case at all. I am a stickler, for keeping exactly to the layout provided, from font, colours, to pixel alignment. I'm a web designer (so that explains it
