how much to fully develope a gaming ladder/review/cheat/forum/tournament site

i want to create a site for online gamers. i would like to have codes, reviews, previews, release dates, forums, ladder, tournaments, and news about video games. i have an indepth feature list attached. if anyone can help me find someone who can create this and/or give me a quote i would appreciate it. i would like to see some examples of your work (not turnkey websites but established websites)

sorry i havent responded to you guys, i am in the army and they required alot of my time in the past few weeks.

this is going good. i have alot resources already for this, i have a site up, however i am not pleased with the quality of the script. a few minor mods would make it what it needs to be.
