urgent website design needed

HELP - web site designer needed

I am looking to develop the following site(s):

www.rooneyfanclub.com and/or www.roonarmy.com.

I was hoping for a fairly basic layout such as that at www.michaelowen.com.

My intention is to then see if there are any companies out there who wish to affiliate with the site in order to increase there own revenues. What do think in terms of traffic stats if the sites were developed?
