   | Sharp website developer needed.$$$or equity stake+$$ Hello I am looking to work with someone who is more than just an adequate computer programmer to develop my website. I have the ideas but not the talent to perform the job required. The website will have the capability of video sharing as a big part of the site. Though you will be required to have a talent for design as well as programming. I am prepared to pay well or an arrangement that gives a stake in the website with a smaller retainer.
