Need a template designer for Zen-Cart

This is one long term project of mine. The design of the template could take anytime between one to two months. I'm looking for a really professional looking website design.

If somebody is interested, I shall post all my requirements. You would have to design a nice logo, incorporate some flash, place each component at the right places, etc. You must therefore be very comfortable with Zen-cart and generally with e-commerce website designs too. The should no more look like an off-the-shelf cart. It should be unique to my website.

( No n00bs please. If I find the work to be not upto satisfaction in the initial stages, I'd have to abort the deal with you.)
