Looking for a programmer for a new take on community/social network sites

I've had an idea for over a year now and after renewing the domain I've had on reserve for this, I've decided, it's time to kick it into gear.

The idea is extremely simple. I have visuals to show as well, so it will be really easy to understand where I'm going with this. It's a social network/community site with a different spin on it, which I will discuss in more detail with those as I narrow down who I'd like to work with.

I'm going to assume PHP is the way to go with this, but if you have other ideas, please feel free to suggest it!

Unfortunately, my funds are small now for this project, but I will work out something reasonable with someone who can get the job done. You will be compensated for your work, I'm certainly not looking for a freebie for this. Or, we can work out a partnership if you believe in my idea and help the site grow.
