Hello fellow NPers and "WDTers",

I'm making this thread to inform you about the sales of TemplateMonster designs. Now, there are lots of people who buy a 50 templates pack from eBay at $0.99. Good for you, you may use them as you wish. BUT, you may not resell them. Everyone says "I have full rights", well, most of you think you have full rights just because the one who sold the designs to you told you that, well guess what, he lied.

You do not have full rights to any of those templates, unless you have written permission. I quote from TM's website(made size modifications):

c) UNAUTHORIZED USE

You may NOT place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and OFFER THEM FOR REDISTRIBUTION OR RESALE OF ANY KIND WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT FROM OUR COMPANY.

I hope everyone trying to sell TM designs here reads this and understands. For those who may have a written permission, If you show it to the buyer it will be OK I guess. It's TM's work.

Maybe I'm not official to do this, but it would be good for people selling TM designs to show a written permission by TM in their threads. I would like to contact you if you don't put it in the thread to see if you do have one or not. But in the case that I see someone trying to sell them without permission, I will immediately send an email to the Piracy department at TemplateMonster.

I know I am no one to warn you in this forum

Don't worry hehe.. I'm just saying I will report illegal sales to TM.

alright, but that's not the other ones that I said were sold on eBay, that was one other person on NP that was selling that

STOP ARGUING

If your selling TM templates and dont mind getting into trouble, you may proceed to sell, but if you dont want to get into trouble, stop selling them, and might i add that TM wont give you a second chance.

we wern't arguing, and why do u both have the same name, rnt u only alowed to have 1 acount at NP?

They are 2 different people who work in one same company with 2 separate names.
