Website Re-Design

I am looking for someone to re-design a PHP SQl employment website (monster clone) that is hosted on a 3rd party space. I started it just as a learning experience/hobby. I have not done much as far as SEO and not put one penny into advertising. www.jobsinforensics.com

It's a canned PHP script and the current site is marketed toward computer forensics workers (which is what I do). I quickly realized that my background and skills in forensics are not neccesarily transportable to web mastering!

I wish to continue the site as I learn PHP and SQL in my spare time but for now would like to pay someone to help me re-design the site to market it toward nursing jobs. That means I would create an admin account for you and you would go in and re-design the pages, upload the new graphics, set up the Google ads, get the bugs out, etc. More admin work than scripting.

I want to keep it easy to run and have some features added, RSS, banners, etc. that will be automated and easy to maintain by one person. Any suggestions for making the site more appealing or for adding revenue would be welcome.

Please email or PM me with ideas and cost proposals. You could do it in your spare time I don't rely on it for income but would be happy if it did make money some day. Thanks

I have a PHP SQL based employment site from a canned script I would like updated and changed around. I want to change the site to market a new demographic, add some content, new graphics, etc. More setup work than scripting. www.jobsinforensics.com PM or email. Thanks
