Phpbb customize Forum Skin & Mod

Hello, o.k. this is what I need. This is for a phpBB 2.0.22 Forum Board. I assume this is real easy...... Here it is

MODIFICATIONS:
1. Adsense
2. Banner ads, probably 160 x 600 on the sides
3. Captcha

CUSTOMS:
1. Shrink the size of the default so I can add the banner ads on both sides
2. Change color scheme
3. A Backround
4. Make sure you can upload photos & videos, I think you can do that anyway...
5. Take out the PHPBB on the left hand corner, either I'll get a logo made or just put the title in it's place...

I think that's about it... or at least that's all I can think of right now. We can talk as we go. The default is fine with me. Let me know what you'll charge.
