I'm looking for a quote

I am planning on designing my own portfolio template for my website.
What would it cost to get a programmer to code my own custom template so that it incorporates flash with really smooth animations, and about 4-5 pages, like a contact page and an about page along with my pages for my portfolio.
A fair and honest quote would be appreciated.
I am not purchasing this yet, just figuring in the costs.
