Looking for a Basic VBulletin forum skin

OK, i'm looking for someone to develop a cheap skin for my new vbulletin site, www.manuforum.com

here are some other examples of manchester united forum skins

i basically want a nice red forum, like the ones above, (same red as manchester united) and thebanner to have the same effect as

i don't mind, as long as it fits without any problems, and i can add cmps and other modules in.
