Need some design work done...

In a nutshell here is what I am looking for:

I am curious as to the cost of getting my sites refreshed, and a new page to emphasize my two sites... (flash page?)

I own www.thesportsinfo.com and www.premierpicks.com . I have a small budget so I don't want to mislead anyone or take up their time if not interested! (Great for someone looking to build a portfolio etc.)

One company has sent me a working version of their backend and their view of a redesign for premierpicks.com which I do not like but you can see their vision here: http://216.92.53.179/premierpicks/index.php

For that site I will be using their information, but there is no visual appeal to me in their design! I am also looking to have one page be displayed that shows the two sites, and call it the D.G. Sports Network or something like that.

I will also need several banners made for each of the sites...

I look forward to interactions with you, and the potential for your help.

I only had 3 hits on this so am disappointed in the turnout. But in the end I am happy and settled with iDeviseFlash as the developer of the sites.
