Designs wanted

Hi

I am in the process of putting up 4 targeted forums online, I am looking for someone to put together VERY PROFESSIONAL looking index pages for each of these forums. They will be targeted at an audience of business professionals.

They must be able to meet these needs.

I must be able to make adjustments to these pages using frotpage 2003

they must also include space at top of page below my forum banner for adsense code 728 x 90

they must include options fo member sign in / register

They must also include space on right side for skyscraper banner placement.

The colors must be easy on the eyes WHITE background is preferable.

Realistically only one such page must be made so i can easily just change forum banners and content.

I am leaning towards a light blue / grey / silver / black color combination for all.

My forum banner will be 468 x 60 and i also want space beside this to place my google search bar.

I am willing to look at all jobs you have previously done and decide on which i want or best suits my needs.

For this one page I am willing to pay 10.00 or more if agreed, But what I am after is something versatile to accomodate easy changes for someone like me.

Guys I want a simple index page. I do not want an entire site. I lousy index page I already have my forum, Now i just want an index page, So people do not see the forums from the Homepage
