Need a webdesign company site created...

Hello,

I need a basic web design done for a web design company.

Can anyone give me a rough idea on some prices. Probably just keep it basic HTML.

I'll arrange the hosting and the domain name as well. Just a nice sharp template really.

We will provide the logo (this needs to be integrated into the header/design)

Navigation consisting of:

Home Page
About Us
Services
Portfolio
Contact Us

I need the pages blank and I will input all text. I am only looking for a template really.

The colour scheme we would like should mainly contain blues but other complementing colours will be good too.

I can supply images if needed however cheap (preferably free) stock photography would do fine as well.

The service we will be offering is just small web-design solutions to local businesses.

I know strange thing lol. I can do web design myself however when I set up my own sites I don't like it being my own work, cause I've sat and worked on it by the time its up it seems dull to me and I pick too many faults in it lol.

I like to get a site done my someone else, this gives me a feeling of appreciation for the site, I don't appreciate my own work haha.

I am a web designer so i do all my projects i just didnt want to do my own, thanks though i'll bare that in mind
