Flash designer is needed

I need a flash banner, containing two images and two corresponding slogans, which change each other with some text effects applied.
The texts and the images will be provided. The texts are in Russian language, so be sure you know how to deal with it.

I'm going to pay in NP$, so if anybody is interested - post your offers and portfolio links here.
