Flash Designer Required For Non Profit Organisation

Hello, I am a member of the Scouting movement.

I am also a web designer but my flash skills are very limited at present.

I am in the process of renovating my Scout group's website.

I have 2 images, (Both the same image but one is black and white and the other is in full colour).

I require a flash designer to create me a short flash intro header for free, but, I am currently looking for a flash designer to outsource my flash projects to from my web design company so if you do a good job you may well receive outsourced paid work from me.

What Do I Need?

I need the black and white image to start first, then slowly, moving across the image I need a few lines of text to fade away as they move.

Then, after the text has finished, I need the Scout corporate logo to move from left to right over the image and as it goes bring colour to the black and white image. So, it must appear that colour is being inserted in to the black and white image from left to right as the Scout corporate logo goes passed.

Other things such as a mention in the source code of who designed the flash intro will also be added if you wish.

All images (including the 2 images made by me and the scout corporate logo) aswell as all text will be given to you.

It would be a bonus if you have connections with the Scouting movement but is not required.
