Easy - Need Some to "Colorify" template

I'm not sure if this has ever been done before... but I need someone to help me "colorify" my template. Basically I love the basic design however I think the colors used are too dark and dreary, and I would love to see lots of color added.

I'll provide you with the PSD and all you need to do is change the colors around until you find something that looks nice. I would prefer something blue but will accept anything that looks nice.

This should be really easy for someone that knows what they're doing, maybe a 20 minute job.
