Possible Revenue Sharing Opportunity

I'm too busy to work on this idea, so I thought I'd throw it out there to see if anyone wants to make some money with me.

I've got GirlyLayout.com and it receives over a 1,000 type-ins a month (probably girls looking for a girly myspace layout). If there was a site running on that name, I bet the traffic would compound really fast as visitors started arriving from links on MySpace profiles that were created with GirlyLayout.com.

You would host the site, you would put your ads on it and I would simply change the domain's nameservers to whatever you tell me. Then, you would send me a payment each month for 50% of the revenue you earned from the site (I would have to trust you). If you didn't like doing business with me any longer, you could just change the site to using your own domain (or shut it down) and quit paying me at any time. If I didn't want to do business with you any longer, then I could point my name elsewhere at any time. If you do a good job, this site should make each of us much more than it's making me now.

I know it's risky for you to consider doing the work when I might develop it somewhere on down the road myself, but then again, I've got better things to be doing with my time than building a MySpace Layout site.

If you are interested in this opportunity, post a link (or two) of a really good website you've built in the past (or customized). I do not like adult websites. I want this to actually be a clean layout site suitable for all audiences.

If you are not happy with the revenue sharing percentage, let me know. It might make sense to start out around 80% to you (to compensate your risk early on), 20% to me and end up 20% to you 80% to me somewhere on down the road (to unmotivate me from wanting to develop it once it is receiving 1,000s of visitors each day).
