Looking for someone to help with developing domain

I have a domain related to ASP.Net that receives several thousand pageviews/month. It is a top domain related to ASP.Net. Right now, it is parked at Sedo and earning peanuts.

I am looking for someone to help me develop this site.

I figure my 3 options are:
1) Keep it parked
2) Develop a 5 page mini-site
3) Fully develop the site with a resource directory, component links, hosting information, etc

If anyone has any interest in either option 2 or 3, let me know.

Thanks

IMO it will depend on what kind of budget you want to spend for developing.

I receive 100+ uniques/day and most of the clicks are for asp.net web hosting-related keywords, so I think there is enough potential to justify development. The name definitely adds credibility and could help establish the site quickly.

I can PM the name if you want, but don't want to post it in the forums as I don't want a search engine to pick it up.

For the ASP.Net development, should I work with an experienced developer on Elance/oDesk/RentACoder (treating it like a regular site) or work with a domainer/developer?

Depends on what you want. If this is simple enough, we can do it.
