Very Small Job

I have a very small job for someone for which I am willing to pay $10 via PayPal.

Basically if you go to www.fizzinghost.com/faq.php you will see that the page is all messed up. However, if you click on any of the links on the page, it's fine and that is how it is meant to be.

I'm not sure why is it doing this but it was working perfectly fine before ... but then this section of the site got hacked and when I restored the back-up it went like this.

I just need someone to fix this for me.

If you click on the two sperate links you will see the difference/problem.
