Need PHP help with a site

HAVE ENOUGH OFFERS--NO MORE NEEDED FOR NOW.

I need a few cosmetic and functional changes on: www.alaskaopenhouse.com.

I will provide access if you need to look under the hood. Here’s an idea of what I’m looking for.

1. The AlaskaOpenHouse index page needs to look better. It’s pretty ragged looking with no borders on the right and such. So whatever it takes to spiff it up….
2. The big house doesn’t look right at the bottom; it needs some sort of border under it with nice color for contrast, or something…maybe even replaced with a house with a lawn and such? You tell me. (The ideal option for me would e to make that space a “Premium” listing area where I could place a good photo of any house a realtor wants to put there. This may connect into the site’s control panel, so we should talk about it.)
3. The big "Alaska Open House" in the upper left corner is terrible. The site’s control panel has a way to upload logos, but it doesn’t seem to work very well…creates the big white block.
4. The “Find Your Home” picture in the middle of the page seems unnecessary. Maybe replace it with a search tool?

5. The search tool shown in the picture needs some changes. The default should be the state of Alaska in the USA, and the “cities” should be a drop-down of cities and areas of Alaska to choose from.
6. There are a few more smaller changes having to do with the site’s control panel. I can send that info to interested parties.
7. I only paid $59 for this “packaged” site. I’m willing to put more than that into fixing it up, but need to keep costs within reason.

If you're ready, able and willing, PM me for access. I need to get this going asap. (I have more work on other sites, too.)
