WordPress Template Needed

We an immediated need for a wordpress template.
The template will need to have an RSS feed, blog, directory script and space for adsense. We will also require header/logo. There will be several other sites that will link to it with the same template, less blog and RSS.

PM only with price and portfolio.

Have you checked out the free ones?

Most of those are fairly easy to customize.
