Help make a fix get linked!

Can anyone figure out why the front page of my site is displaying the side bar on the bottom of the page when viewed in explorer?
Have a moved something in the code?

If you can find the error or help me put it back together I will link to you site and mention you in a blog post. . . .

What plugin you are using to show the adsense. You embedded it very nicely.
