Need a developer with experience with dolphin

I have a max budget of $60 for an added feature for users in a site run by dolphin. It shouldn't take much but I don't want to broadcast my idea so please PM me if you think you can help.

dolphin has a panel of expertzzz - if you look at the addons that they already have that are for sale on the expertzz section - you might find a developer there - I hope it's simple cause they're expensive .. $500 to do a custom template even!

Yeah, they're too expensive and I think it is sort of unethical to charge as much as they do. I bought a couple of the mods for my site, and they're good, but yeah, they charge too much.

Could use some help here though, please pm if you are interested.
