AdBux-Esque, 100% Legit Site - PHP Coder Needed

Dear user,

Over the last few years i have been facinated by these "get rich quick" scams and "easy cash" scams such as adbux.org or ******.com etc. After studying these for a while, i have decided to make my own. I have discovered a 100% legitamate way of running a website like this, where everyone profits. Clients get paid (although not as much as the other "false hope" sites), advertisers get "targetterd" traffic and users can make money in loads of other ways too. I dont want to reveal much as this idea is fairly exlusive. So, what im looking for, is a site similiar to adbux.org. An exact replica would be useful although alot of the site would be unecesary. I am looking for the simple bare bones of the site as i will customize it my self. I have several people wanting to do this for free but it will take them about 3 weeks to do. I am willing to pay a little to get this done.

I am looking for someone:

With a detailed knowledge in php and html and whatever other languages needed to create the script.
Who is nice to work with as a lot of communication between both parties will need to be made.
Who can work well under pressure.
