Flash Map Needed Please

Hi all,

O.K would like a quote for this job. I have created a mapping system in PHP that plots several coloured dots on a an image.

Just works in this way...

I store the factors that size the coloured dot and the 'co-ordinates' of the 'dots' in a data file, the PHP code then places colour dots on the background image (my map/terrain image) and makes them a size corrosponding to their size factors in pixels.
Each dot is clickable and takes the user to a new html web page, and shows a certain image depending specific to that exact dot that was clicked.

I have done this in PHP though is quite unstable and hard to work with in terms of expansion. I there fore would like a quote to repeat the whole thing but in flash. If you could quote me how much it would cost and how long it would take that be great. If all the quotes are too high I will have to stick with my PHP as this is a non-profit project.

cheers for the post - not sure, have not got a budget in mind for this.. as ive already got this in PHP i was curious at what it would cost to get it done well in flash, if i like what people are saying il go for it
