Want some quotes, Validating a script + adding simple feature!

Okay, currently i am trying to do some stuff to www.hideurl.info but as i am not that good at php anymore i am not able to create the things i want for it.

Want someone to validate the script with w3c standards thru http://validator.w3.org and i would want all pages in the script validated but the admin panel of course.

This script is downloadable at www.indexscript.com for those who want's to check how it looks. Would be great to look at the code if you where to add something to it

Also want to get a page where i can list only the featured sites listed in the directory with description and submission date as well as a link/title. If possible even a site snapshot service implemented.

Want some quick quotes for this stuff, what would you charge me for it?
