NEEDED: Experienced Flash programmer/Designer

Hello everyone,

I am looking for an experienced Flash programmer to do some very simple work for me. It involves simply modifying an existing Flash file a little bit. I'll explain the work:

TASK
-------
I have a full site designed in Flash. This includes an intro which basically "turns into" the main page (i.e. after the intro there is no redirect, it simply changes and brings up links, news, etc). I am going to need the following work done:

1) Modify links on header to access specific pages (abc.php, etc.)
2) I would like a news system on the main page with a backend. Preferably PHP but it doesn't have to be. The backend should be simple to use, store news information in either a SQL database (preferred) or a data file (not as preferred). EDIT: I can code the PHP/SQL myself, you will simply need to integrate it into the Flash page.
3) I will need the middle and bottom of the Flash page sliced off... in other words, for my internal pages I only need the HEADER with the menu links in Flash, the rest of the content I will be coding in HTML.

I can pay via bank draft (in Canada), Paypal, or International Money Order. Payment will be sent on task completion. A $5 CDN bonus will be included per day before the deadline that the work is finished, so e-mail me ASAP!

I would prefer to have people 18 years and up working on this job. However, I am willing to open it up to anyone, but showing me some past work to prove you are qualified is a MUST, as well as full contact information (I've dealt with too many irresponsible 14 year-olds). Thanks for understanding.
