XML API SOAP Installation

I have just got my forum www.BackpackerForum.com online after about a year and is upgraded to the latest version of VB.

I am an affiliate of www.HostelBookers.com and have signed up to their Product Feeds which require XML Intergration or SOAP API Intergration.

I have not got a bloody clue how to do this and I need this installed on my forum

Can someone be of assistance?

I am not sure on how much this would take to do, so I am unfamilar with a price!
